As a person in the “individual customer question” I am trying to identify customer groups in our bugzilla instance. The difference lies in the visibility of a particular product. We would like:
- so that each group of clients views its own project, and not other projects (this requirement has already been answered to the question above),
- it is possible for each project to have errors filled either by internal people or by clients,
- errors filled by clients are considered by other clients (from the same group) and internal,
- by default, errors filled with internal elements are also seen by a group of clients and internal components, but internal accounts allow you to check the box restricting visibility to internal only.
I tried google / groups, but the requirements seem a bit unusual. I am also sure that this should be possible with the MemberControl / OtherControl parameters that are described here . But I can not understand them. The parameters I tried were either two restrictive (required / required), or not enough (default / NA for the internal group, but then the error became public, so other client groups could see it).
