IIS Web Application Subdomain

Question

I have a little problem. I know that it can be configured subdomains on my local machine using the host file settings and creating a new website in iis 7. Let's say I have an IIS website. And inside it, I have another web application, defined as an application folder not only as a virtual folder (which launches it under the same process).

I can mainly access my applications, for example

Example
http://mydomain.com/app1
http://mydomain.com/app2

I want him to be

http://app1.mydomain.com
http://app2.mydomain.com
