Can any body guide me through the weather? Am I using the .NET Collection name / value or the .NET name / value dictionary for better performance? What is the best approach? My application is ASP.NET, a WCF / WF web application. The collection should have 10 to 30 entries. I will also need users who can change a couple of entries in tim
