Is there a way to have an indicator of progress and progress and have vague animation?

For instance:

The progress bar progresses from 0 to 100 percent, but it still has animation. This helps show the user that something is still happening, even if the bar stops for a moment at some point.

When I set the progress bar to indefinite, it no longer shows the progress.

Is there a built-in way to accomplish this, or will I need a subclass of ProgressBar?
