JSP Web Design Tool

Question

I was wondering what you guys use to create a .jsp file? I know it needs to be encoded, but is there an easy way to build a layout in jsp? Tables..etc

Every modern Java IDE has some kind of plugin that will give you code completion for creating jsp.
The only thing you need now is what you are trying to present on the page, and that the final product will be the main html.
So, the options are:
1. let the designer do all the pages you need, and then change them according to your specifications or 2. Try this: Photoshop + slicing + html design (html + css - some grid system hooks) + add jsp tags: -)

A graphic artist, or someone who knows how to make the right design, creates an HTML layout with flexible CSS rules.

Then you change .htmlto .jspand have on it.
