Install a Windows service using WIX

I have some problems with WIX Services. My msi installer can create a Service, but after creation, the installer cannot start it. There is my code that I use for the Service.

I would combine two service controls to become:

  <ServiceControl Id="scBSS" Name="Borland Socket Server" Stop="both" Start="install" Wait="yes" Remove="uninstall"/>
