Save call to Java Mobile / Phone to mp3 or any audio format / file

Question

I want to save a call on Java Mobile / Phone to mp3 or any audio format / file. How should I go on.

I am good at Core Java. I found applications that support the above features only on Symbian phones, but NOT on Java phones whose MIDP version is 2.1 or higher.

Thanks for your idea (obviously practical!) Or for sharing some links related to this or some java code for this.

I want a solution for Java phones with MIDP 2.1 and higher. Please do not recommend symbian or other similar things.
