Encrypt / Decrypt File

Question

I need to encrypt and decrypt files using php. I need other users to use the key to decrypt the file. Encryption should be for rent AES 128. Are there any good articles or tutorials on this? thank

It’s completely not clear what your goal is. The essential parts of the problem are:

• Key exchange. How do you securely receive a key from a user?
• Encryption. How do you ensure key security during data encryption?
• Problem. You need to clearly indicate what kind of problem you expect from encryption.
