Rich user interfaces Javascript, EXT, DOJO and YUI

Disclaimer and rapprochement with a long winding

I know that such topics were beaten to death, so it’s enough to say that I’m not asking which structure is better, I don’t really like the opinions about the best structure. They all do pretty amazing things.

Question

Considering that I have an existing web application consisting mainly of regular HTML + CSS (jQuery if necessary), which is the optimal basis for integrating several rich pages into a regular HTML stream.

Cause

I’m trying to bring our tested application to the world of an amazing desktop, for example, a user interface, but I want to make it one small piece, one screen for a while. But for our users, the only assistant is the support of the person and, especially, me, slow.

In addition, with our branding requirements having a structure that simply takes the viewport is not an option, it should play well with other HTML on the screen.

Imagine the example is a rich user manager in a regular HTML + CSS environment.
