How to change the main page for a specific page in sharepoint

How can I apply a different master page for two pages on a SharePoint site?

Create a new homepage, say custom2.master.

Then go to the page whose main page you want to change. Find the directive <% @ Page%>:

Update your virtual URL in the tag above in the attribute MasterPageFile
