I need to write code to connect to the Internet on a computer. By default, the Internet should not work.

But after installing my program, the Internet should work.

Of course, computers are connected to my server and usually access the Internet through DHCP right now. But, give me some ideas to do things in such a way that only installing my program provides an Internet connection.
