Telerik management and user interface automation?

I am currently making some evidence of the test team concept for testing our WPF application. Everything works fine, except when we try to make Assertions on elements in the Grid.

We are currently using Telerik GridView for WPF 4, which is obviously not a standard WPF control. Has anyone used any user interface testing tools that work with third-party controls?

Telerik does have a ui automation tool, but it is only for web pages and Silverlight, not WPF.

Please, help!
