Why are PHP errors related?

Just a curious question.

I noticed that when generating php error non - fatal ,

<b>Warning</b>:  implode() [<a href='function.implode'>function.implode</a>]: Invalid arguments passed in...

but the links are meaningless.

If they are going to link it, why don't they link it to php manual?

or is there some way to reprogram the errors myself?

There are 3 php.ini settings that control this behavior.

By setting html_errors = 0, links will not be created.
