Activity window on the standard call screen - "Enable" buttons

Question

I would like to add a small window (popup) to the call screen action. Google voice and worldcallplaceandtime add both windows during a call.

The problem is that when I open a new action at the top of the screen, the other buttons are disabled (End call, Mute, etc.). The only way to click the end call button is only when I close the new activity that has been added.

Can someone tell me how I can add a small window to the screen and still use the standard call buttons?
