How can leecher do this?

Original website: http://www.vnedoc.com
leecher website: http://www.vipa1.com
As you can see, they are completely identical, except for the author (sangsang → trangxinh) and the logo (vvv). How could this be done? How can I prevent this?

There are many ways to copy websites and several ways to reliably and efficiently stop it.

You can look at the server access logs to find out if there are any obvious bots crawling the site. Possible patterns:

You can issue a simple dismantle notice for them. In fact, sometimes, warning them about this, this trick is equally good and saves you a lot of work and clicks. Basically, they pull out an HTTP response and parse it through some kind of custom code that doesn't change me much except the name of the author (as you said). That's why even SEO options have the same meaning! Stupid copying methods.
