How can I install wallpapers from nativa app through iOS 4.0 using Photo Library?

I made one application in iOS 4.0. In this application, using the photo library, I get the image in ImageView and using the Click button. I want to set this image as the iPhone background, so how to do it with iOS 4.0?

Unfortunately, none of iOS 4.0 (and even 5) allows you to change the user's background from the application, only from the Settings application. The most you can do is invite the user to save the image in Camera Roll, open the Photos application and install it yourself.
