Checking and Installing C # Prerequisites

Question

I developed a special installer application, because Visual Studio installation projects are not configured enough for my needs. I have developed a validator and installer for such prerequisites as the .NET framework, SQL Server, but I cannot run some executables, for example, from the .NET platform, using Process.Start.

I am interested to know if there is a special validator and installer for preconditions or a way to install and verify preconditions other than development :).
