How can I support iOS 3.0 and not iOS 3.2

I installed the base SDK in 3.0, but I don’t want my application to be available for iPad (3.2).

How can i do this?

Your application will be rejected if it is not launched on the iPad.
See Clause 2.10 of the App Store Review Guide

IPhone applications should also work on the iPad unchanged, with iPhone resolution and iPhone 3GS 2X resolution.

If you just don’t want to make a dedicated version for the iPad, just start with the iphone-only template.
