TFS 2010 / Msbuild error, StackOverFlowException exception

I am having problems with the updated build of 2008. I am using the Upgrade template.

Everything builds perfectly, but when I get to it GetImpactedTests, it will work.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Can I turn it off GetImpactedTests? Unable to find property for it.

TF270015: 'MSBuild.exe' returned an unexpected exit code. Expected '0'; actual '255'.

I added / p: PerformTestImpactAnalysis = false and it works
