I have been using Groovy for about 2 years and yes, it is stable. So far, I have not encountered errors in the language itself. Language creators are often released. There is excellent support for the tool, and on its basis there are many mature libraries and frameworks. Take, for example, Grails , a Rails-like structure. If you go to your page, you'll see that many of them use names like LinkedIn, Netflix, and Atlassian. I myself use Groovy in many projects with Ericsson, which is also a BIG name.
