What is the best way to send XML data in webservices jaxws

What is the best way to send XML data to jax-ws web services?

One of the ways I could figure it out was to convert the xml to String from the client side and send it as a String to the WebService.

I don't think this is the best way / best practice.

I use serialized Java objects directly.

The best way is to use a framework that supports web service standards. For Java, try Apache CXF or Apache Axis 2 .
