IISReset and Application Pools

I have 2 application pools, one for asp.net 2.0, one for asp.net 4.0

Does iisreset recycle these pools? Or do I need to recycle them manually?

IISReset stops and restarts the entire web server (including nonASP.NET applications) Utilization of the application pool affects only applications running in this application pool. Editing web.config in a web application only affects this web application (it processes this application). Editing machine.config on a machine will recycle all running application pools.

IIS /bin . , DLL, DLL. web.config machine.config .
