Does Reg-Free COM work with Interop?

What is consensus here?

I have a VB6 application using Interop to use .NET assemblies. Can I use Reg-Free COM to register ".NET collections"?

Yes, you can. First you create and implement the .NET assembly manifest (the one that contains assemblyIdentity), and then in the VB6 exe manifest, you reference it with a tag dependentAssembly.

Unattended MMM generates (and implements) both manifestos.
