Building Vista-style apps in C # for Windows XP

Question

I use Windows XP, and I'm currently developing a small application for the win form, so I want to provide expressions for Vistaeither Windows 7my application that works in Windows XP, and I use the c#win form to develop the application.

Can this be done?

If so, then let me know the way.
