How to change the schema in an OO database such as DB4O?

Just get started with the DB4O object-oriented database.

I am very familiar with SQL, if I update the application and add a new field, I just go to the SQL manager, change the schema and initialize the new field with some manual SQL.

What is the process with an OO database such as DB4O? It looks like?
