I want to embed (make OneNote a control) in my application. I know that Excel can use the control in .Net, but I don’t know how to make OneNote inline. The languages ​​I can use are C ++ or C #.

OneNote does not provide a control that you can use to embed in another application. An API set available only allows you to read and write OneNote data. Therefore, what you are looking for is impossible.
