Piwik: creating a counting image to display it on external sites

You can create an image (php gd) counting visitors to my piwik tracked website.
I want to embed a flag counter on an external site. Iframe or flash are not allowed on this page. therefore I cannot integrate regular piwik widgets

You can also use the Piwik Widget functional function to export the Last Visitors Graph widget anywhere (using iframe or directly the built-in flash): http://piwik.org/docs/embed-piwik-report/
