How to enable SQL CE using the WiX installer?

So, I'm trying to create an installer in Wix 3.5.

My application requires SQL CE 3.5 to run. It seems like the MS installer has an easy way to enable this, but I'm not sure what I need to do on WiX.

SQL CE supports the MSI or Private deployment model. If you choose the MSI model so that Windows Update can serve it, you will need a bootstrapper / chainer, which is not available on WiX. If you intend to use the deployment model, you can simply deploy the 7 sql ce files privately so that your application can find them. Please note if there are any future security fixes and that you do not have to service by deploying a new patch or installer for your application.
