Active Directory Web Services (ADWS) SDK

Question

I recently found out that WCF is for Web Services for Active Directory. I believe this is not about LDAP.

Is there any information in the docs or blogs about what the default endpoints are, or what the API looks like, or does it even speak in SOAP? or can you shed some light on how to connect to Active Directory web services? or just where can I find out WSDL?

I googled / binged around without luck. The closest page I could get is http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd391908(WS.10).aspx However, it does not tell me where and how to connect to the web service.
