Best way to create a blog with static pages in Ruby

I just visited Static Website Creation on the Ruby toolbox and I don’t know which of the listed apps is best for a small blog engine. Basically I need:

  • index page with 1..5 of the latest articles with abridged content;
  • the ability to add several main pages and menus for access to them (additional option);
  • Show articles
  • show / find archives
  • comment system - Disqus Ok
  • tag cloud - optional
  • Look & Feel via layout

Important all content will be translated into 3 languages!
I can host it on my own server, so side processing is possible.

Update:

First I'll try nanoc=> github blog source

I think nanoc is worth a try, it has everything you specified, even if it is not the best rating on a ruby instrument, it is actively developing and very customizable.
nanoc is a tool that runs on your local computer and compiles documents written in formats such as Markdown, Textile, Haml… into a static web site consisting of simple HTML files, ready for uploading to any web server.
and it's true :) I have been using it for some time not specifically for the blog, but it also has helpers for this ...
