Added text on error page in IIS7

Question

In my .net application, I am redirected to the error page if an error occurs.

It works fine on my local IIS.

When deployed to the IIS7 web server, it redirects to the error page, everything is fine, but this text is added to the error page

"The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."

Can this be added via IIS7? This does not happen locally - also IIS7.
