How can I run the ajax push website (activemq or cometd or something else)?

I want to run an application that will use ajax push, however the web server needs to be configured correctly, and I don't know how to start from the server side components.

I wanted to start with dojo cometd , and then read some blogs that say activeMQ is older and the bearer flag on the ajax push thing, but there is another blog that says it is very difficult to set up and make it work.

Now I'm confused, before you start, please tell me my way :) What is the best way to set up ajax push environment?

Sinan.

At a PHP conference in Slovenia, it was said that Meteor is the best server for a comet.

Have you checked the ActiveMQ Ajax page ( http://activemq.apache.org/ajax.html )?

it’s not so difficult to configure it correctly. And feel free to post any related questions on the ActiveMQ user mailing list.

You should also consider the Lift frame on top of the Jetty container. In my opinion, very good comet-style web development support.
