Loading a large image in parts in the Timage component

Question

I have large images on the server. When a user requests one, I download them to the client machine, and as soon as it is completed, I will upload it to the Timage control.

Now, which client requests that the image comes in pieces (parts), and as soon as the piece is loaded, it should be displayed in the Timage control, and as soon as another piece is loaded, it should be added to the previously loaded image.

I do not understand how to proceed. I am using Delphi 2006
