C # 2010 Express - Missing pointer

Where my pointer went: '(

In the designer, at the top of each category in the toolbar, I no longer have a "border", not a "pointer". I do not know how I dealt with this and how to get it back. I will obviously get around this by simply finding the control I want to edit in xaml, but its disappointment, to say the least. Does anyone know how to get it back, or what did I do to ruin it?

This is a problem with version setting.

To fix this, right-click on the toolbar and select Reset Toolbox.
