I need to be able to decode and encode PER- encoded octet strings using Python. I found PyASN1 , but it does not contain the PER codec. Is there any other solution? How difficult would it be to write a PER codec?
If, I remember well, in SNMPy there is an incomplete implementation / support of the PER encoding format.
