How to check SAML token

The scenario I am trying to support is this: the client’s website is redirected to my website using a single sign from its website. The client side has STS, which generates a SAML token for the authenticated user, which is transferred to my site. My question is the easiest and best way to check this SAML token transferred to my site? I hope I can achieve this without the need for STS at my end. I will most likely use .NET technologies. Any kind of help or referral would really be appreciated. Thank.

As long as you mention that you are “hoping that I can achieve this without the need for STS at my end” using the STS / Federation server is probably the easiest and fastest way to solve your problem.
