C # / ASP based on reverse AJAX

I have a current project running using APE that should work in C # /. NET ... I was wondering any suggestions for an approach method to AJAX / Comet in C # /. NET or any available packages like APE.

For clarification, APE does not work on Windows. This is the limitation that I have with the project.
