Third-Party Android Third-Party Widget Developers

Question

In the days of programming the MFC user interface, you can purchase all kinds of cool widgets from third-party suppliers to integrate into your Visual Studio and use when creating your screens. Fancy buttons, counters, control knobs, etc. I cannot find anyone to do this for Android. Does anyone know of any sellers selling things that can be used by programmers in Android projects?
