Suggested IIS Settings for WCF Web Service?

Question

I read the documentation for IIS settings and could not find much on the MSDN website. I am trying to figure out the preferred settings for the WCF REST service hosted in IIS6. The main goals of these settings should be reliability, restarting the service if necessary, and maximum throughput.

My service will use some processing power, as it is, of course, converted from XML. Suggestions or recommended reading URLs?
