I am a student and should work with Java and Eclipse. Since we have team projects, I have to synchronize my workspace with other students. The only problem I encountered is a folder named .metadata, right above my workspace. Is there any way to change the path to this folder so that it does not sync?
You can synchronize the project folder, not the entire workspace.
If you want to share several projects, you can put them in a subfolder of your workspace and use only this subfolder.
