Resources for developing .NET applications for Windows Vista / 7?

I am looking for some resources for developing .NET applications for Windows Vista / 7. What problems? Are there any resources for working with the KLA? How about updating a large enterprise XP application?

We have a great WinForms application written in C # with the .NET 2.0 platform. We are tasked with running this application on Windows7. Upgrade to WPF, .NET 3.5, .NET 4.0, etc. Not an option. Any help pointing to blogs, books, etc., would be great.
