Script to flag spam or inappropriate content for Rails

Is there any easy-to-install script for a Rails application?

The flag button is exactly like youtube so that the user can click when spam or profanity or inappropriate graphics are in the community message. This flag will notify the administrator to view the complaint in order to take the necessary measures, for example, to remove inappropriate content.
