What computer data structure is used inside the LDAP database? Is it a binary tree, a B + tree or Trei, or something else?

LDAP is a protocol. Think of it this way, HTTP is a protocol, but data can be stored on ext3 or on NFTS or can be generated on the fly from a relational database, or it can even be a completely different device, for example, in the case of a webcam . As a client, all you know is that you send HTTP requests and receive HTTP responses.
