How to create file browsing button functionality on Android

I have a RadioButton, which when clicked on, is displayed in a popup window. I am currently planning for a popup to contain a browse button with a TextEdit to the left of it.

What he does when the user clicks the Browse button, an explorer window (something like that) will appear and allows the user to navigate through the primary / secondary memory of the phone. When a file is selected (double-clicked), TextEdit will contain the entire directory address for the specified file.

I am not sure how to do this, and I have Google and I can not find the answer. Do you guys accidentally know any tutorial or information about this?
