WPF WCF MVVM OutOfMemoryException

I am working on this WCF-WPF application. I often get this error on an asynchronous XamDataGrid. Trying to make a WCF call and populate the Grid. Initially, I thought this was due to the large amounts of data returned from the WCF, and I made the callback data in very small parts, calling only for the category. This error occurs randomly, and not always on the same data set. Enough reproduced in 15-20 attempts.

I am running Windows XP (32 bit), Dual Core, with 4 GB of RAM. When this exception occurs, the client machine uses only about 2 GB of RAM, and on the W3WP server it uses only 800 MB (of 6 GB, 3 cores. The total amount of memory used on the server is ~ 2 GB).

This only happens on XP computers. This error fails in the Windows 7 window.

Please help me solve this problem.
