Free email component POP3

I am currently working on a project that will read letters from the inbox from pop3 and save the attachments to the specified folder.

I am looking for a free POP3 mail component that can be used with .NET 3.5;

Please recommend the easy-to-use POP3 component, it will be great if it is open source.
