Can I have the Scala 2.8 help documentation offline?

Is there a way to have Scala's complete standard library documentation offline?

UPDATE: this is not a book / tutorial / any request for advice, it is a question of how (if at all) the official Scala documentation intended for installation in offline mode, or where exactly the official archive is. Both the question and the accepted answer are still relevant and have nothing to do with the recommendations.

You can use sbaz or just download it. See Download previous versions for new versions.
