Is there any tool that will tell me how efficient my code is in terms of Big Oh notation? It can be a tool for Visual Studio (2010) or standalone.

Nope. To do this reliably, you will have to solve the stop problem.

VS 2010, both initially and with plug-ins, offers indicators such as cyclic complexity. It will not be displayed directly on performance, but it will show you dubious code.
