Using the Devexpress HtmlEditor Control Has DXR.axd throwing 404

Question

I am using dev express control: ASPxHtmlEditor version 10.1. I am trying to create a simple one that only has this control. Unfortunately, the control does not display any of its styles or uploaded images. This happens more than 20 times. The control does not have any of its styles, and all its images are not loaded into the control.

I get 404 exceptions similar to: "Could not load source http: // localhost: 11238 / DXR.axd? R = 5_0 "
