What is a good REST framework for Java?

I would like it to be deployed with Tomcat 6.

EDIT: in the case where you absolutely want to use the Java EE API, and then like the mentioned BalusC, JAX-RS is your choice decision. Restlet and Jersey support him. I don't know about RESTEasy, but the JAX-RS Wikipedia page mentions what it does.

Play! The frames are very good and also simpler than a jersey. You can use with or without tomcat.
